“Very friendly staff wool reasonable priced. We have used the wool factory many times. We collect ourselves as it is just up the road from where we live. We put an order in and was ready to collect within a couple of hours. Will be using again.”

“I made my first order a couple of weeks ago and asked for DK instead of Super Chunky. The way my mistake was handled and corrected is second to none. My new order placed on 11 September is due for delivery on 13 September. How quick is that! There are still companies out there who believe in good customer service and The Wool Factory is one of them”

“Absolutely gorgeous wool and accessories Received my 1st order today 11 November and placed a 2nd order shall be making some lovely hats and baby blankets and for refugees and elderly shall be back to order some more amazing wool shall be using my New knitting needles I purchased from you guys keep up the great work and speedy delivery gotta get jiggling with my wool along with a cuppa music and to start some xmas knits ..”

“Great selection, especially Woolcraft-new fashion dk. Have used this yarn previously off this com., I am an ardent crocheter, have been crocheting over 50 years, and have used many many brands, find this the very best to handle to crochet and tension. Colours are great.! From an eighty year old. Carol.”
