“Lovely wool, nice and sift with a large variety of colours. It is a shame I don't live local as postage, even tho is really quick puts the price up.”

“I placed an order & made a mistake which was soon rectified swiftly by yourselves. The wool I ordered was just what I wanted & I am very pleased with the quality. Was a perfect bargain. “I usually use The Wool Factory as their goods are amazing and the delivery is first class (I use Evri). The wool is lovely to use and I absolute love the organza bags it is packed into. This is actually the deciding factor when trying to buy wool. They always have what I need. Never had any problems.”
