“I'm very satisfied with my last order and will be ordering again, I was disappointed it didn't arrive in the lovely bag my first order arrived in, I placed my order on a Saturday paying for next day delivery this you confirmed I waited in all day Sunday for my order, on Monday I text you to be told there was no delivery on Sundays my order arrived on the Tuesday, I felt I'd been mislead a bit especially paying for next day delivery”

“Arrived quickly, wool isn't good the wrap was clued to the wool on 2 rolls and several lumps in about all of them, not your fault manufacturers . But other than that lovely colour and has knitted up well will buy again, but not that wool.”

“Absolutely amazing service, this is the first time I have used your company, I bought some white double knitting yarn and a black yarn that I think was cotton and on the sale at £1.15 a ball, what a bargain, it goes further than 100g of ordinary knitting yarn, thank you so much for an amazing service, the order was delivered within 2 days, will certainly use again”

“Short of wool despite buying enough for a pattern I have knitted repeatedly for almost 40 years. Tried to contact the wool factory by both email and phone. Called 15 times between 2.15 and 3.00 pm. No answer to either phone or email. The wool I bought was full of knots and huge balls of tangles. Will not use this company again”

“i have been a customer of the Wool factory for over 2 years now. Having searched many online wool sites, the Wool Factory consistently provides quality wool at value for money prices. i am amazed at being able to buy double knit 100grm balls for as little as £1.00 and branded leaders cheaper than elsewhere. Delivery is hassle free - whats not to like? in fact i have become a wool hoarder and I am now a member of wool hoarders anonymous”
