“I have still bot received my order which was placed 2 weeks ago! I have not had any more updates after being told that the Royal Mail tracking service isn’t working properly. Not happy with the service and might have to ask for a refund if I don’t receive my order this week.”

“Love the Wool Factory because they make sure that you get what you ordered. The personal touch is very much a feature. I find deliveries can be delayed by ordering products that they don’t have in their stock but once you understand that it makes it easier. When they have the stocks to hand there then deliveries whiz to you.”
