“I recently ordered yarn and it came damaged by Royal Mail at first wool factory was quick in dealing with the problem. Unfortunately there has been no follow up by them to say we have to wait for royal mail to compensate them or they are going to resend the yarn that got damaged and other that got lost. I emailed again querying what is happening and still no reply. I did have a order that I was asked to make but lost out because they needed item ASAP so I'm Really disappointed with customer service. Will I buy from them again I'm not sure”
