“Some of the yarn purchased was not of an acceptable quality in my opinion. I realise that purchasing 'sale' yarn will always be a risk, but I have tried knitting with one of them only to find it harsh and not wearable, and at least one of the others is not as described. As I said these are only my opinions.”

“It’s easy to order online and they keep you updated about the delivery etc. if there has not been what I have wanted in stock then I have rang and they have ordered what I wanted and sent it. Staff are pleasant x”
