“This was my second order from the Wool Factory in the last couple of months. There is plenty of choice of yarn types available and a lovely collection of colours too. Ordering on line was easy and secure, goods delivered peomptly. The Stone wall chunky was a harsh wool not soft enough for children's items but made a study shoulder bag. Love the royalty award, not a lot but as they say every little helps.”

“I have used The Wool Factory for a few years now and know I can rely on them for a great service. I bought some reduced price wool from the shop in Alford butfound I was 3 balls short. I didn't expect them to have any more but they had the right ones still in stock so I ordered them and delivery came a few days later. I cannot fault the service and friendliness of the staff as they are always willing to help. Only downside is the wool is great and I have a tendancy to over spend and now I have 2 largebags full of different colour wool.”
