“lots of wool ordered for a community knitting project. Arrived promptly and all 15 participants were really delighted with the colours and quality of the wool. We wouldnt hesitate to order from the Wool Factory again. Additionally, customer reps were extremely helpful so 5/5 all round...thank you Juls”

“The only criticism I have is a number of balls have joins in them - which has an impact on wastage and wasting time when I have to cut the wool pit and start the blanket again”

“I re-ordered white DK yarn, and found this batch very disappointing as it is thinner than expected and much thinner than the cornflower blue I bought to go with it. The blue is excellent and makes up well, hence my higher rating.”
