“I used to use wool factory when I lived in Mablethorpe, when I went in person. I have always found the yarns to be good value, plenty of choice, nice to knit with and washes well. Since moving away it’s great to get the same wonderful service online. At first being old I struggled with how to pay, but with the help of the staff they showed me what to do. Now it’s so easy.A great company, satisfaction guaranteed in my opinion”

“Well I ordered a large amount of wool of various makes over £100 as I am planning to crochet lots of blankets for my 6 cats 🐈 😅.
