“The service is second to none. There’s a huge range of will at prices to suit everyone. The orders are quickly despatched and the customer kept fully informed of progress. I have been using this company for some time now and never had and problems at all. If I had to be a bit picky I’d request sturdier cardboard boxes for deliveries as a couple of times my order has been popping out of it packaging. Not a huge issue and never lost anything and I’d rather have cardboard than plastic”

“Ordered two polo necked jumpers. Very happy with purchase. Nice to have wool jumpers instead of acrylic. Much warmer and nice and cosy. The jumpers are good quality and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Woolovers.”

“Been buying for a while from TWF and will keep doing so. Yarn is great quality and good value for money. I donate items I make to fundraise for Sheffield Childrens Hospital where my grandson had best care possible but sadly passed away. Currently making hat and scarf sets”

“Paid for next day delivery, didnt get it but as far as the wool factory are concerned thats just tough, they did their bit sending the parcel to DPD so they wont refund the next day delivery charge, very poor customer service & I bet this review doesnt see the light of day either!!!!”
