“I have always been happy with past service however, this time it fell short. Having placed an order, I then went shopping and found exactly the colour wool I wanted (I was dubious ordering this colour online) I sent an e-mail within an hour asking for it to be removed from my order, 3 days later my order was dispatched including the items I asked to be removed. I sent another E-mail. Neither E-mail was responded to. Wool factory has lost a customer through appalling customer service”

“I’m glad you asked me to write this review. Maybe you’ll actually respond?? I placed an order 26th sept. I haven’t had it. I’ve emailed three times no reply, tried to call nothing, sent a message on chat, nothing. I’ve even left a negative review on trust pilot hoping it will prompt you to contact me. I’m getting so frustrated. Please either deliver my order ASAP (and tell me what you’re doing) or refund me ASAP. Thank you”

Hi Rebecca, many thanks for getting in touch. As explained in our prior emails, your parcel was delivered 5 days after your order was placed. I'll email you again with the tracking number so you can investigate this further, should you wish to, with Royal Mail. Apologies again for the lack of communication via telephone; our line's currently down but, luckily, we were still able to chat via email.

“Ordered some wool to finish a time commission. Ordered deliberately on the sat with 24 hour delivery so i had plenty of time to finish the commission. So should have got the item on Tuesday morning. Didn't receive till after 10am on Friday. I did email on the Wednesday to ask for tracking info. The answer was late due to mail strikes. No refund of postage costs offered. Won't order time sensitive delivery again.....”
