“I am extremely satisfied with the three purchases that I made with The Wool Factory. The items are very good quality at a reasonably low price and the delivery is quite efficient, considering the current postal strikes. I recommend this bussinness.”

“I will not be using this company again. Orders were accepted for items which were not in stock. I selected alternatives, and received a confirmation email of their dispatch on 7th December. These items did not arrive, ( I have now been refunded) I have asked several times for a tracking reference as proof that they were actually posted in the first place, however this request has been ignored.”

“Always excellent in every way - good prices, wide selection, prompt delivery. I've had so many different types of yarn, from aran, chunky dk, & 4 ply sock weight that I can't list them all. Sufficient to say I keep returning to the Wool Factory again & again. They never let me down.”
