“I love the wool factory the website is easy to use they have beautiful yarn transactions are seamless easy to buy and pay the yarn is well wrapped and shipping is very fast a few days and all your purchases are with you to start whatever project you’re starting”

“Easy shopping experience, good prices and great customer service. I have bought a lot of yarn over the past 2 years, some has been excellent, some I've been less happy with and donated to charity as too plasticky/scratchy. Stocks of yarn I've liked are quickly depleted and often colours not restocked which is a real pity. I've been looking daily to see if Cygnet Mutli Tweed Chunky in Rosewood is back in stock but no luck so far.”

“I really cannot fault this firm. Good selection of wool and really good offers with bundles. I often order but recently placed an order and received the wrong wool. I emailed and the correct wool was with me by 9am the following day with a label to return the wrong wool. Full apologies were emailed to me. I really can't stress how brilliant they were, I have MS so rely wholly on online shopping and really really appreciated how promptly my problem was sorted out, so thank you for that.”

“I have just started to learn to crochet. Having bought a few different size hooks in a couple of and I have I need to find some reasonable priced wool with just starting off. Very happy with the wool I have bought so far. I would recommend and I willl certainly be back for more wool as and when required.”

“Fairly good response, website needs to state that next day deliveries do not happen if you order on Fridays even if its before the cut off time. Good quality wool nice emails and I would order again from them.”

“Love, love, love. So much choice. I have many, many projects on the go and I have bulk bought from these amazing people. The cotton yarn is particularly good and great value for all the children's clothes and toys. I am a kid in a sweetshop though, so I recommend some restraint....not!”
