“The Wool Factory were very quick at dispatching my order and kept me informed of the progress of the order at all stages. It arrived in good time by reliable Royal Mail and was well packaged. “What can I say? Every order has been received promptly and all complete, nothing missing no substitutions. Excellent value for money, cheaper than our only haberdasher 8 bus stops away, and greater choice. Good for choice, value, service - bad for my growing wool hoard. 😎 which is good, because it keeps me out of mischief!”
