“Very pleased with the service in the Alford shop. Disappointed you no longer sell drops in the shop, but a very kind assistant ordered my wool for me so I could collect it My home address to far away but she was able to use my holiday home address Even more helpful when I thought I would run out of wool Saw the shop building is for sale I hope it won’t affect the shop such a pleasure visiting and feeling the wool”

“The Wool Factory is brilliant I have brought a lot of wool from there and it has always been nice to work with and knits up well. I have visited it once and came away £50 lighter much to my husband surprise as he said he thought I would spend more, which of course I could of. When I have ordered on line it has come within a week. Very good service. Thank you”

From the incredibly friendly, helpful staff to the top quality, low cost products and the extremely rapid delivery, they are definitely my 'go to' and I always recommend them to anyone looking for wool and accessories.
