“Ordered 600g of chunky knit. Knitted two balls which were fine but the third had two faults in it. I contacted the Wool Factory and sent them a picture of the wool and the faults and almost by return of post they sent me two more balls of wool. I cannot fault this company or their product. The quality, choice and customer service is excellent.”

“I purchased some Hayfield yarn reduced to a fab price. I’d never used that particular yarn so didn’t know what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised. The yarn is of a good quality and there were some nice colours to choose from. I quickly made another order so I can make some jumpers for the winter. I would certainly recommend the yarn and this seller. There are many great yarns to choose from at great prices, in today’s climate I’m grateful I could purchase within my budget. I chose the Hayfield soft twist for its durability. I’m certainly going to be purchasing again from here and everything was packaged well and delivered promptly. The free delivery over £30 is another great way to save a little. Very impressed, thankyou so much”
