“I am a friend of Mrs Jean Nicol who I order wool for. I have experienced only 1 problem with the delivery of wool which the postman could not deliver. Since then I have asked for the postman to knock the front door and leave it in the hall and that is what has happened so far. The delivery is so quick as she recieves it within 5 days of the order. I would like to thank all of you who prepare her orders from beginning to customer receiving it. You all do a great job. Regards Kathy”
