“The service is fabulous. I ordered while the staff were sorting their new store and my items arrived quickly. “I had run out of yarn. I ordered from The Wool Factory. Even though they were in the middle of a refit at their shop and moving into a new warehouse, they still managed to deal with my order and despatch promptly. Always an excellent choice of yarns to choose from.”

“I dont usually buy wool on line as I like to look and feel the wool. Anyway, my shop had run out of the wool I needed and when I googled the Brand, this website cane up. I ordered the wool I needed and it was delivered super fast with no problems at all! And the wool was as great as it said it was. I've subsequently ordered more from these guys and will continue to do so”
