Products are tasty but in this second order as in the first one, jars have leaked their oil because they were not hermetically sealed. Please try to improve this. Your products deserve it!

All my orders this year have been exceptional and we are very pleased. However, this last order was seemingly delayed two days due to snow and was kept at Portlethen. The snow wasn’t that bad and driving was possible. Our order arrived in less than optimal condition with many soft and split. Obviously we will continue ordering but may not at this time of year. Merry Christmas!! 🎄

You need to consider reviewing your delivery partner. The delivery is often delayed. The last delivery arrived a day late with a selection of split/squashed/soft tomatoes. Bit disappointing.

I always order two boxes. One comes in great condition while bottom one comes damaged. Damaged as tomatoes get popped so it is a mess and bunch of them have to be discarded within few days of arriving. Its a shame.

Unfortunately these were delivered 3 days late by dpd, so not at their best. Will not be ordering again.

The tomatoes we ordered tasted lovely,great flavour. The pizza sauce I bought was fantastic,such great quality. I have only given 3 stars though as quite a few of the beef steak tomatoes I bought were very soft so I had to end up stuffing and cooking them. No hardship but I had wanted them for a tomato and burrata salad.

Lovely looking tomatoes, but they lacked the level of taste I was hoping to find. Now that my own tomatoes are ripe and ready, I will be using those rather than ordering from you again.

The quality of tomatoes to private customers are slipping in quality. The last couple of deliveries have been way below the standard of previous purchases. One complete box of San Arrentinos were mouldy within 2 days of delivery and I had to throw the whole box away. Similarly a recent order of cherry vines were loose not one attached to a vine, but to make it worse empty vine stalks were laid on top. We also had issues with a box of kumatos going mouldy after a couple of days. I've been buying my tomatoes from this company for at least 3+ years and it's only recently the quality has taken a massive fall. It'll be a while before I order again sadly, unless I hear that the quality has improved.

Disappointed with the box this time, did send an email with some pictures but no response. There were lots that were over ripe and split skins when they arrived with wet carboard with the lackage. Couldn't use them as intended but did make nice soup.

Sadly the Heritage tomato speciality box we received were very soft and didn’t last long. Probably wouldn’t buy again. Tasted okay, but not amazing.

First of all I have had tomatoes plus their other products before and have always been really pleased with my orders. However this time the quite a lot of the tomatoes were a bit on the soft side, especially the small ones. I didn't complain but used them to make a sauce. There was an issue with a jar of tomatoes that seemed to have lost some of the oil and appeared to have not been shut properly which I did go back to the company about and complain about and thus was quickly dealt with. Although I've only given 3 stars they are a nice company to buy from and deal with .

They were tasty but 80%< I had to use immediately as they were either extremely soft or split. I was disappointed

When they arrived tomatoes in particular the large ones were over ripe and unedible. Nothing like the first bix i ordered.

Great service and although the tomato box is a delightful mix of sizes and colours, the ones I've tried are not as tasty as I was expecting.A bit disappointing really

The produce is absolutely brilliant, I cannot fault it and highly recomend it. The tomato's are delicious and the mixed produce box fabulous. The reason for the three stars is the clunkiness of the website and particularly the subscription bit of it. Incredibly difficult to use. I have had a subscription for over a year and I still occasionally end up missing orders because I have failed to do something. Please please make it easier!

The selection was fantastic but sadly they were past their best within a day of receipt and I was (perhaps mistakenly) expecting them to last a few days, if not a week. I will try again at some stage.

Tomatoes were great, but the courier left them in full sun, despite requesting a safe place on the form they sent out.
