The choice of tomatoes and culinary items are great ,my one whinge is that often the tomatoes on arrival are split and too soft . The tomato balsamic vinegar is the best thing EVER. Could drink it it’s so divine.

As much as I love The Tomato Stall, unfortunately the last two orders have been underwhelming. I ordered a box of San Arentino tomatoes (roughly six in a box) and each time at least two are already overripe and starting to go mouldy. Same with the 1.5kg box of mixed - the cherry tomatoes, in particular the orange ones, arrived squishy and wrinkly. I’ll give them one more try even though they don’t seem to sell their delicious Shakshuka sauce any more….

Don't travel very well we have persevered and continued to re-order......... KUMATO are very good however Mixed Tigers have come twice now very very soft and some unusable,

The tomato’s where ok ! It would have been better if they were more firmer (harder then soft ) Tomato’s could have been a lot better if they had not been running around in the delivery van nearly all day my order did not arrive until around 4-30 pm ish ?? That’s DPD

Quality and service is important to us, and we really appreciate your feedback. Our heritage tomatoes are naturally soft but we would recommend our pick and mix boxes for a firmer crunch.

I Really wanted to love these tomatoes because they are one of my favourite foods. However, my box arrived with over- ripe and practically off tomatoes. The company replaced them which was good. These tomatoes looked lovely and were fresher, but just didn't have the flavour that I was expecting, so unfortunately I won't be ordering them again. I bought organic tomatoes....maybe the non- organic taste better??

Disappointed with the Black Heritage tomatoes which arrived bruised and sloppy. Rest of the order was good. Asparagu was excellent.

Unfortunately my first box this season fell below what l was expecting.The Piccolo tomatoes l got from Morrisons( Kent) were much better.

lovely tomatoes, very ripe, juicy and delicious - unfortunately quite a few in the box were squashed. almost certainly down to the delivery company - the box was labelled 'fragile' and 'handle with care', but i think they'd put something else on top of the box :(

I was a little disappointed with the selection of heritage tomatoes that I received, I only got 2 kumato, a few red cherry tomatoes I don’t mind the yellow ones but can be lacking in any flavour, but the 3kg the box was predominately little cherry yellow, yellow plum and yellow vine, the smaller beef tomato was squashed on one side which I cut away. I appreciate that some may become squished and I accept that, but I was looking forward to the heritage tomatoes pictured on the website and not what I actually received. Would I order again? … yes I would. I am hoping that this was a one off and the next box I order will have the variety pictured.

The items arrived quickly and overall were well packaged however I was disappointed in the tomato box, which I will review separately.

All the jars I bought were great. Unfortunately, almost all the fresh tomatoes were soft and past their best so had to be used immediately which wasn't ideal.

Generally the quality and service is excellent. However the fresh tomatoes in my last delivery were over-ripe. This is a bit of a problem because you would expect to be able to eat the tomatoes during the course of the week and if they are over-ripe you have to try and use them up quickly.

Sorry, I was really disappointed by the beef tomatoes, there were only 2 in the box and both were very soft and mushy. The rest of the box was fine, just a few soft ones.

Unfortunately 7 of the tomatoes were over ripe and squashed. I have had a few orders and this is the first time this has happened.

After an initial hiccup with delivery from DPD (which Sam sorted out) our tomatoes arrived a day late. Sadly some were split/squashed - again Sam sorted that out for me. The tomatoes are nice, but for our liking, most were far too soft & over- ripe (we grow tomatoes which are never picked so soft). Also slightly too many "cherry" & small plum tomatoes in the box. The large tomatoes have better flavours. Maybe the fruits would be better earlier in the season, as soon it is end of season, and will have to wait until next year to try again. I like the fact that they are organic which is good and probably far better than the supermarket. Again, I want to thank Sam for dealing with the small problem that occurred

Got 3 jars, relish, oak smoked and roasted tomatoes. My least fav is oak smoked, defo won’t be buying it again. The smell is too overpowering. I had to throw half of it. Relish is good, but not very different to other relishes in the supermarket. My fav is defo The tomato stall. However, if you are going for Medeterrnean style, your tomatoes should be in olive oil, as for sunflower oil the price is a bit high.

Afraid this last delivery was dsappointing. I have already responded to The Tomato Stall, but no acknowledgement. The range was poor, a lot of the tomatoeas were going bad/split and they appreared to be rather old rather than fresh as the vines were all crispy and off the tomatoes unlike usual. Shame
