Bit disappointed with the tomatoes I received. The varieties were mostly ones that I can easily order in the supermarket so I didn’t feel I was getting much that was special. My biggest issue was that about a third of the tomatoes were incredibly soft and over-ripe and had to be used ASAP which was disappointing.

I wondered if I was a little early as not as bursting with flavour as previously purchased boxes last year. Quite a few tomatoes burst open too I am hoping this was a one off as last year I purchased a number of great boxes; just unlucky this time I guess

The majority of the tomatoes and other products purchased were fantastic, however the packing was not brilliant and some tomatoes were damaged. I await a worn response to the email I sent on the day of delivery almost 2 weeks ago which odd disappointing customer service.

I ordered my tomatoes for Friday however I quickly realised I needed them on Wednesday. I emailed switched the day to Wednesday but they are arriving Thursday !!!!! N

Fantastic produce but the website Is glitchy and difficult to use. I had to place my order by phone in the end which went ok but would have preferred to complete the order online.

My order was promptly delivered and well packed. The tomato selection was good but we ordered organic tomatoes and the box was not labelled organic which is not correct. I was told this was due to labelling issue. Last time this happened it was due to the wrong box being sent. I would have scored this very good (5 stars) apart from this. It is important that goods are correctly labelled.

I was quite disappointed when I received my order as several of the tomatoes were squashed and unusable and several more were very soft. I have been purchasing your tomatoes through the year via Ocado and have been raving about them to everyone so you can imagine my disappointment. However this will not stop me purchasing them in the future as I always say Isle of Wight tomato are the best.

Good products but consistently for one reason or another delivery takes longer than advertised and or expected. Typically 10 - 14 days. If this was to change it would be 4-5 stars

Fresh tomatoes are brilliant, puttanesca sauce is dreadful, far too thin, tasteless with too few olives and capers. Pickled tomato relish ok but not worth the price as budget supermarket equivalent is superior.

I received my order and unfortunately quite a few of the tomatoes were damaged. I contacted them by email but have not had a reply. I called them and they said they would come back to me but this was over a week ago and still nothing. Previously I had really good service from them so this is a bit disappointing.

Tomatoes arrived very overripe. Most of them were cherry tomatoes not the big and juicy ones i was expecting.

Hi Luiza, sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. Our tomatoes are naturally soft varieties and often appear very ripe but in fact last for days! Perhaps our mixed heritage beefsteak box is the box for you? Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team who would love to help you find the perfect box.

Had an issue with my delivery not sure who’s fault it was but DPD eventually delivered at close to 10pm at night. Tomatoes were terrible, squashed, split, and generally not in a good way, rang tomato stall and have to say they were very apologetic and refunded me. I would probably say it was likely to be DPD fault as not been good recently delivering to me. But I try to give a good explanation of my experience. Would use tomato stall again as the condiments were very good,

Very disappointed. Last year I had wonderful tomatoes but this year my first heritage box was dominated by yellow tomatoes and no big red ones . I took this up and the next box, photograph attached was not much better. Sad, because I love your tomatoes

Had 2 orders from them, sadly had squashed produce, first time was aubergine and 2nd time tomatoes which some were very soft. Still enjoy them just seems transportation by courier ruins them

I was very happy with the taste of your tomato but unfortunately 3 of the big ones were very badly damaged and 2 more smaller ones bruised.so I’m now getting heritage tomatoes from my local market.the rest of my order from you all lasted well and I was very pleased with them

Sadly, my last delivery was well below the usual standard of The Tomato Stall. About a third of the tomatoes were bruised and split, leaking into the disintegrating box. I was able to cook with them, but I order fresh tomatoes for the pleasure of eating them in salads. Secondly, I was not sent the usual email estimating the time of arrival, meaning they sat in the midday sun until I happened to go to the door for a different delivery. I shall order again as the produce is usually fresh and tasty, and the jars of sauces are delicious, but I hope the next delivery will be better than this one.

Delivery was timely & products as advertised. But it was disappointing that at least half the tomatoes were already soft when I got them so passing their prime. A few of the firmer small ones tasted lovely & sweet, only needing a pinch of salt, but otherwise tomatoes were bland. I get better ones (although not as wide a selection) at Costco.

I was disappointed with my last order as the box of mixed cherry/plum went over (soggy/rotten) far quicker than expected ie just a few days. I buy your tomatoes now from M&S which taste fantastic & last well over a week.

I have had lots of boxes in the past but cancelled my order after just 2 this year - most of the produce was very soft, some already a little mouldy and its simply too much to pay for something which gets thrown away before you have chance to use it. Really disappointed as I would love to support a business like this
