“We love your tomatoes and extras and have been regularly placing orders for ourselves, neighbours and family for some time. The only frustration I have is not knowing when my orders will be delivered! Your software system can’t seem to cope with that element!”

“These tomatoes are delicious. I took the snack assortment and the kumari tomatoes and these two species are super tasty. I'm enjoying them a lot. The one thing that I didn't like is related to delivery. I got an email from DPD telling me they would deliver in a slot hour, which I kept checking the whole time. I indicated on the instructions to call me to my phone when getting to my door. Instead of this, I saw they were 3 stops away, so I was waiting looking out of my window quite often. In about 5min since I saw they were 3 stops away, I checked the email again and it said the box had been delivered. When I went down to the ground floor of my building the box was not there. I opened the door to the street, and I saw the box outside my building. I also saw the van from Dpd driving off the area. The courier didn't bother to knock the bell, nor ring my phone and left my delivery unattended to its own luck. Clearly they are not paying for it. It specifically bothers me because I was at home and awaiting for them. Despite of this bad experience, the box was very well packaged.”

“There are only 2 of us in the household, but we order the 1 1/2 kg box of pick and mix, which taste like tomatoes used to taste, delicious and fresh every time. We've also bought the aubergines, which are fantastic, the delicious tomato balsamic as well as other products occasionally, and thoroughly enjoyed. Everything arrives quickly, well protected and in perfect condition, and at competetive prices. I'm hoping to make a trip to the Isle of Wight and visit the farm, I believe there is a brilliant restaurant there!”
