“Good communication and dealt with my refund fairly quickly, however I was appalled to find 38% of my refund was taken as commission. I was not informed clearly that this much would be taken and 38% seems a huge cut. Most places that take commission will take no more than 20%. For this reason I was very disappointed with the outcome and will probably not use your services again.”

“They did all the hard work for me, all I had to do was fill in a quick form. But, it did take quite a while and they did keep quite a lot in commission. All in all, I’m glad I did it and would recommend it to others.”

“Very much appreciated the ease and speed of return. For as much as it does seem to cost quite a bit, i.e. I lost approx. £150, the refund was money I wouldn't have had, as I wouldn't have known where to start to get the refund, so well worth doing. Thank you.”

“I received a refund of £895 of which I kept £555. £340 of a charge may sound a lot but the truth is that it was worth every penny. I would never have known about how I was over taxed until I enquired with your company I have to thank your company - I am now saving £1250 Per annum thanks to my contacting you. I would encourage others to do the same. Again Thank you for all your help .”

“I am Union member I read that if you are part of Unison member they will only deduct 30% of the tax return but when I got mine return it was 38% that was deducted I will never come back here because is not transparent”
