“Actually very impressed. I didn't expect much as I found them on Facebook and usually I'm very misled and let down, but the bonsai tree I bought was in great condition, a good size, and fantastic value for money. Will certainly be using again”

They were perfectly packaged in recyclable materials, in great condition and much bigger than I imagined. I love the eco pots too. “Into each life a little rain must fall. Sometimes mistakes are made. We shouldn't judge people on the mistakes they make, but on the way they respond. In my case, it was DHL that lost an order from The Stem. James was brilliant in resolving the issue promptly and without me having to make a fuss. I have bought from here a few times and would continue to recommend them to friends and family. Keep it up!”

“An African Milk tree and a pot were ordered. Sadly both items arrived damaged. Upon emailing Stem, with pictures, they quickly refunded monies without any delay. Only 3 stars due to non receipt of plant and pot in good condition. This of course is probably down to the courier and not Stem.”
