“I ordered a planted terrarium. I received notification about delivery and the time slot a day before the planned day. The delivery was handled with care and the item is received in perfect condition. Instead of just leaving the item at door, the delivery driver waited for me to come open the door and handed me personally with a smile. To be honest the terrarium looked even better than in the pictures. The care instructions provided are very clear. Plant passport attached to the terrarium and the quality of the whole thing is very good. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to start buying plants.”

“Smooth ordering process, however not all items in the same category. For example, not all indoor air purifiers were in the air purifier category. However easy process from order to delivery. Items well packaged and delivered with care. Love that card is given which explains how to look after each plant.”

“Ordered 8 plants from The Stem almost a year ago now and have been really impressed with the quality and health of the plants which are all still thriving and beautiful. “Lovely plants. They came hand delivered. And all the plants look amazing. Ordering the plants were a breeze as they told you how to maintain the plants and what they are suitable. There was a slight brown area with one of the leafs on the aloe Vera plant. I chose the snake plants as they are easy to maintain.”

“Both plants (Monty the Swiss Cheese and Ellie the Portodora as we have now named them) arrived looking fresh and as attractive as they had in their photographs. They were wrapped in very attractive brown paper which I am going to use as wrapping paper for something else. They arrived exactly when I was told they would arrive and were left precisely where I had asked for them to be left if I was not at home. Both plants arrived looking healthy and happy and have settled well into our home. I happily recommend this company and will buy from them again.”
