“I ordered a terrarium for my husband's birthday and having looked at many, I was really happy with the quality and appearance of this one, especially considering the price which I felt was very reasonable. My only criticism would be that it arrived in an open cardboard box so I was glad my husband hadn't gone to the door to bring it in as he would have seen what it was! Overall though I am very satisfied, thank you The Stem! 😊”

“Ordered for the first time with The Stem. My plant arrived quickly and was beautiful. Unfortunately (due to no fault of their own) the plant developed an issue a few days after it arrived. However the customer service was fantastic. They replaced the plant quickly with no issues, communicated well and the replacement plant is fantastic. I would definitely recommend and would have no qualms about ordering with them again.”
