“Exceptional Business! I live in the United States it was my mother's 75th birthday. Plants are her happy place. Someone recommended The Stem. I was ready to place the order and was devastated when I realised I missed the cut off for next delivery. I emailed the company asking if it would possible to have next delivery I was convinced there would be no way. To my surprise James replied promptly! I placed the order and within a very short time I received a email stating my order was processed for next day delivery. I was shocked and very grateful to James for the exceptional customer service I received. My mother was so surprised when she received the plants and more surprised that I flew in for her birthday. A Happy mother is the greatest gift. I have recommended this company to friends in United States who have family and friends in the UK and recommend to anyone who is looking for beautiful and healthy plants and a company that cares about their customers contact The Stem!”
