“This is the second time I have ordered from The Stem and I was not disappointed. I didn’t hear the door and the delivery driver text me to let me know that left the plant with my neighbour (which I thought was very kind). When I went to collect it my neighbour was super impressed with how beautiful the plant was and it’s packaging. I love it. I had to replace a (unknown to me) poisonous to cats plantains this is the perfect size and fits in the exact place I had marked out for it. I also bought a white pot which it came in and it really is just lovely. I would highly recommend using The Stem above other online retailers as they are super reasonable, a small business, have beautiful plants and give loads of great advice on how to keep them all alive too (which I def need). So thank you @Thestem for a beautiful plant, pot and transaction. I will be doing business with you again sometime!”

My plant which I initially received had a torn leaf and was slightly tilted due to travel and The Stem offered me a replacement the next day. The team even brought two over to choose from! Gorgeous plant and one very happy customer!”

“I ordered three plants from The Stem and I was extremely pleased with the ordering and delivery service from start to finish. The plants I ordered were the Boston Fern, the Fiddle Leaf Fig and the ZZ Plant (all medium)- other than the Fern (which sheds leaves all over the place and is not easy to look after) I am very pleased with my choices. I would not recommend the Boston Fern.”
