“Amazing service! The plants are Beautiful!! i already saw the (very clear & easy to understand) care instructions online, but also when they were delivered (sorry, i didn’t catch the gents name!) he was really friendly and helpful - and mentioned to me that they were online. It’s clear the people at The Stem care a lot about their plants, and how they rehome them! lovely packaging and generally great experience, i’ll definitely be purchasing again!”

“Aaron delivered me a banana plant that was nearly the size of me!! I am so happy with it.. thought it was just a small plant and now I have a full on tropical jungle! Amazing service and will definitely order from The Stem again. Aaron was really nice too! Thank you :)”

“The stem UK team are just really attentive. I've always been a huge skeptic in buying my plants online as you can't choose your own, but the stem have really changed my mind. My fiddle leaf and mini money tree are both super healthy and good looking. Upon delivery I had a lovely call to ensure I received my plants. Honestly a really really great company and given its a small team they deserve all the praise for service and quality. I've already recommended them lots and will definitely buy again when I can decide which plant to choose! Thank you so much, It's easy to make negative reviews but actually takes even more to make positive ones. This is the latter for sure!!; Sharon”

“I love everything about company - quality of the plants is amazing I couldn’t believe how beautiful they were when they were delivered. They are actually better than I expected because usually what you buy online arrives and isn’t like the picture shown but yours were spot on. The delivery service was fab I love that I chose my delivery day the flexibility of that was perfect for me and the man who delivered my plants (not sure of his name) was so lovely, super cheery and so helpful. He was a pleasure to meet. The reason I chose you was because you’re a local London business who are ethically driven, using electric vans for delivery which means a lot to me. I have already recommended you to friends and will definitely be using you for all future purchases. I’m already looking at the Xmas trees! Thank you”
