“I would happily recommend The Stem to my friends. I ordered two plants, one of which didn't quite resemble the image online. I reached out to the Stem team who responded quickly and politely. They organised a replacement plant very efficiently and now i'm over the moon (thanks guys). Great friendly service from a small business, five stars!”

“Ok, so the other day I went online to look for house plants and found The Stem. I saw this monstera big leaf and was skeptical at first coz most big leaf monsteras are rare (in my experience) and only found in physical plant stores. I bought it anyway fully expecting disappointment. How wrong was I! The Stem delivered and it delivered great! The plant is ginormous! 😱😱😱 The leaves are all healthy and there are even two new ones! Props to this company that more than delivered what they said on their website. Dispatch was quick and I got the plant earlier than expected. Super friendly staff too! I can’t recommend this company enough!!! Thank you so much! (now I may need to move to a bigger house!)”

“This was my first time I had ordered from The Stem and it has been a pleasure. They were so helpful and quick at answering any questions I had. I ordered 5 house plants which arrived looking absolutely beautiful. The Peace Lily had 4 blooms, now In a week it has increased to 8. The air in my lounge feels so much fresher, noticeable so. I will definitely be giving all future orders for plants to The Stem and I can really and honestly recommend them.”

“I order 2 plants and a pot for my daughter as a housewarming gift as she just moved to London. The online process was very easy and thorough. (other websites were not) The plants that arrived to her were incredible! The Fiddle Fig is very large and full! I also ordered her a fern which was also a great value for my money! Both plants were very healthy, no brown leaves. I would definitely recommend them and will order from them again. (I ordered from the U.S.)”
