“Lovely plants and friendly delivery. Losing 1 star because there is no contact telephone number. Personally, I find it frustrating if I need to contact a company and the only option is email. I had a question about delivery on the day and wanted to call but was unable to. I hope as they grow they add a contact telephone number. Plants arrived looking healthy and the soil was moist (but not too wet).”

“Beautiful and healthy plants, delivered on time. Excellent communication of a change to my order due to supply chain issues. I was offered the option of a full refund or a smaller Christmas tree (still in a pot) than I ordered plus a partial refund and a free house plant as a gesture of thanks. I was happy to accept and am enjoying our little tree and the house plant! The only points for improvement would be to include instructions for the houseplant, and that the tree has been trimmed to give a more regular shape - it looks very neat but my personal preference is for a slightly more irregular tree.”
