“Ordered 3 outdoor lavender plants with pots, received a phone call to ask if I wanted the company to re-pot them for me, never received this kind of service before and told I was the first to order outdoor plants from them ( my name in history lol). Such a caring company. The plants are lovely too. Would definitely recommend.”

“The Stem have been simply fantastic. The website is easy to use, theres a great choice, the plants are delivered in great condition and the support is beyond anything I have seen before. They have helped me on positioning, choice and watering and the online guides are brilliant. I have recommended The Stem to colleagues and the porters at my block of flats (who commented on how great the plants are). Before they added outdoor plants I bought a couple of plants from another provider and it was a completely different experience. I was delighted when The Stem added outdoor plants. I never agree to leave feedback on websites but I had to make an exception with The Stem. They are brilliant.”

I received an broken leaves plant due to delivery rough treat, spoke with Maddie and It’s just amazing customer service way .. they arranged a replacement for the damage plant and pick up in same day and now I just received my healthy beautiful Monestra Deliciousa .. thank you Maddie and the team, will definitely recommend it to family and friends”

“Recently purchased some Oxalis Triangular is. Very pleased with my purchase. I've never had these before, so am looking forward to seeing how they progress. Ordering was easy and my plants were delivered very quickly. My only other comment would be, perhaps an order confirmation email would be helpful. I intend to purchase other plants from The Stem.”

“I am writing this on behalf of my mother for whom i purchased an Areca palm for her 92nd birthday. The plant arrived on time and in pristine mature condition. My mother is very particular and critical and could not fault the plant. I had often heard her talk about an Areca palm and it was a lovely surprise pressie for her. She is extremely pleased with it. I have not seen the plant in oerson but have a picture of it. Thank you for the perfect plant and service. I”
