“I ordered a monstera and a coconut plant. The monstera came in very good condition but the coconut palm was slightly damaged due to its height. I contacted customer service about that and they were very friendly and helpful about it. I am quite pleased with The Stem and will be purchasing again soon!”

“I am in love with my new plant. Ordering from Stem was very quick and easy. They have a lot of information on the plants they sell, the website is very easy to navigate. Once I ordered my plant, I was updated about how long my delivery would be and where about it is and where it would be at what time. Plant came sooner than estimated. My plant came in a nicely packaged box, it was wrapped carefully. The plant was not damaged at all; I also ordered a plant pot and yeh everything was all good. Am definitely ordering from The Stem again!”

“It was a really nice experience buying from The Stem. The range was great, lovely plant pots & delivery was super easy. I live in a gated block of flats and it's always really difficult to get deliveries - but it was really easy with The Stem who gave me a 2 hour delivery slot & called upon arrival. “Bought a lovely Peace Lily and plant pot for my beautiful Mum for Mother's Day. I had full notification on the delivery day and time and the option to choose a safe place to leave it if needed. And all by simple text response too! Mum received the special delivery in good time and she messaged me to say it had taken her ages to open it as it was so well packed and protected. She is so so happy with the plant and says it was in full bloom. One very happy mum and a very happy daughter! I'll certainly be treating myself to these very reasonably priced plants. Thanks!”
