“Received a “delivery confirmation” and a review request, however did not receive a plat. Delivery was cancelled a day before the delivery and rescheduled for another time without even checking if the timing works with me or not. I had organised my rota and arranged a day off for the delivery, now I need to find someone to be here for the next delivery slot, if it will ever be delivered and not rescheduled again. Really disappointed.”

Just the plant & pot handed over in one piece at the door, which means no damage (in my experience so far, and I've ordered quite a few times) to the plant itself. “So, there's something you should know when buying from The Stem, and it's about the photos on the website versus the plants you receive. The photos don't do the plants justice! The items I had delivered were amazingly well-established plants that will soon be ready to have cuttings taken, and some were twice the size I was expecting!”

“Once upon a time, I had a monstera deliciosa that was the pride and joy of my home, when it succumbed to a blight of pests and did not recover, I thought I may never recapture that pride of having a young plant grow into such a majestic beast- Stem has indeed sent me a glorious specimen! Lush, full of life, deep green for days, lovely fenestrations, exuding that tropical vibe, I’m certain this new comrade will flourish. Fantastic- and the delivery was also top notch!”
