“I’m not very good at writing reviews - HOWEVER I have to write to comment on how professional and kind James the founder of Stem has been in rectifying an initial disappointing order- Stem has been apologetic, and more than generous to rectify the issue 100%+ I will definitely order from them again and support their business. I am so happy this is an honest genuine Company that does right by its customers and sells beautiful plants. Well done Team Stem great start to 2021 you have made me very happy! Thankyou”

“This company is brilliant! The branding, website and TOV is on point and their communications useful and informative. My plants arrived promptly, in great condition and with some really useful advice for how not kill them - which I really needed! It was so convenient and fairly priced, I highly recommend using them above Patch or other companies, especially as they're a smaller company.”

“Fantastic service. Really quick reply and best efforts to accommodate my change of plans. The plants are beautiful, healthy and came nicely packed. As a suggestion, maybe you could send an e-mail with "instructions" for each of the plants your costumers got. Would be a nice touch on an already wonderful service! Will be getting more plants from The Stem.”

“My ZZ arrived within a few days via contact-free delivery. She was beautifully wrapped in brown paper and in stunning condition, just like the image on the website promised. Although I had researched the suitability of the plant before buying, the follow-up email with care tips was much appreciated and a really nice touch from The Stem.
