“The plants I ordered are all very beautiful. I am so pleased with them. You can tell that they are well looked after. The process from ordering to delivery was very smooth. The plants came neatly and well packaged. They were handled with care which prevented any spillage.”

“The plants arrived exactly when they said they would - delivery driver was hours late, but that's not within The Stem's control. All of the plant babies I ordered were really well packaged in recyclable materials and got to me healthy and undamaged, and they look great around my flat. The ceramic pots I ordered with them look fantastic, but - though they're eco-friendly - the plastic ones look and feel cheap and flimsy, especially for the prices charged. Other than that I'm totally happy with my order, and my new plants are settling in well to their new home. Thank you!”

“Wonderful customer service and a lovely plant! This was my first time ordering from The Stem and I definitely would again. We have just moved to a new build and the parcel delivery company who were delivering the plant battled for almost a week to locate us. James from The Stem was on the case the whole time, made sure my plant got to me, and checked in to see if the plant was still okay once it arrived. He was even kind enough to send me a voucher because of the inconvenience. Top-notch customer service and the very well-packaged plant is happy and thriving.”
