“Impressed with the service and the speed of delivery. Only slight negative is with the packaging. Whilst my plant is fine, except for a couple of broken leaves, the packaging should be clearer in terms of “which way up” - mine was left on it’s side. The plants could also perhaps be better protected within the carton? Overall though, I am pleased with the plant and company - I’ve wanted one of these plants for years!!”

I can see you ordered your plant on the evening of 14th April and it was dispatched on the 20th (2 working days later, as it was the Easter weekend and ahead of our 3-5 day dispatch guidance). We have been in discussion via Zendesk and we have asked for an image of the whole plant so we can assess its overall quality to let you know if we can provide a superior specimen for you.
