“I am surprised at how large the plant was, it was way larger than thought, but this is not a complaint. The soil was of fantastic quality, although could have done with a little watering and the plant could have been pruned. I understand you're a small team, so I hope you can see this as guidnce and not a complaint. I love this plant and so does the person who recieved it as a gift. I wish you all well!”
