“I was actually sad and disappointed when I received my Stem delivery. Sad because the plants looked a bit traumatized from their journey. Disappointed with the quality of the pot stand I ordered, not cheap and arrived wobbly and uneven. I won't order from The Stem again I'm afraid, I'd rather pay a bit more like I did at the first online company I ordered from and know the plants will be better protected.”

“Tree was lovely but it was 2ft longer than ordered and cleaning up after disposal was a real headache as it shed a phenomenal amount of needles, leaving a lot of mess to clean up.”

Hi Franco, Sorry to hear that your tree was bigger than expected. A great tip is to wrap your tree in a sheet when taking it out of your home to catch any needles! Best, James

“The tree is fantastic The reason for 3*s is that I was not given a 1h delivery slot on the day, only the original 12h slot. it arrived at 8.15pm so I stayed in all day waiting. I ordered this tree online for convenience and it was very inconvenient.”

“Expensive. Bought the 4-5 foot tree and it's barely 4 foot (like the very tip of it is just 4 foot so the bulk of the tree is less than that). For £50 I was a bit disappointed. Also delivery was over 4 hours late but they didn't let us know which was annoying as I rushed to get home. The tree itself is nice enough and is a good shape it's just very small.”

“The moneytree in question was bent. Clearly left in a low light environment, maybe a north window, for a long time. Hopefully it will perk up soon. edit: upped the rating a bit, because staff offered to replace it (which I don't think is needed)”
