“It took longer than expected to deliver and my friend was on holiday by the time it arrived. Luckily a neighbour took it in for her. Apparently the plant is lovely although my friend is still away so has only seen a photo.”

“Absolutely in love with my 2 plants. I had ordered one, then ordered another! They came perfectly packaged in eco friendly packaging. The plant itself was beautifully healthy. Cannot recommend The Stem highly enough! Definitely will be purchasing again from them, in fact they will be my go to from now on.”

“The plant arrived well packaged and healthy but I'm very disappointed in the customer service. The site stated delivery in 3-5 business days, after 7 days I sent two emails, neither where replied to and after 10 days I ended up having to source another plant locally as this was intended to be a gift for my sister in law. The only contact I had was an email advising delivery would be the next day - too late as I'd already bought another one.”
