“I bought 3 beautiful plants from The Stem and the entire experience was great. I like the fact that I bought these plants online and there was consistent communication when a plant was not in stock. The situation was resolved very quickly. Great customer care service and I am very happy with how healthy all plants looked. I will recommend The Stem for healthy, vibrant houseplants. “Fair price, delivery on time. Tree looks great. It would be awesome if they could offer trees with a pre drilled hole in the stem to cater for some tree holders, happy to pay a small fee but that is all. Product and service was great.”
