“I am very happy with my new additions to my plant family. They arrived on the expected day and in good condition. Both plants are settling into their new home. Great company- I shall definitely use them again.”

“Expensive. Bought the 4-5 foot tree and it's barely 4 foot (like the very tip of it is just 4 foot so the bulk of the tree is less than that). For £50 I was a bit disappointed. Also delivery was over 4 hours late but they didn't let us know which was annoying as I rushed to get home. The tree itself is nice enough and is a good shape it's just very small.”

“The plants arrived on the designated day in their own pots. The Heart-Leaf Philodendron Moss Pole looks great. Highly recommend this plant. Unfortunately, the other plant that arrived looked very sad on day 1. I emailed customer support and they said I could get a replacement. The communication was great and the response time was fast. Especially considering it's a group of 6 people. Just a note to the team, I didn't get the text message that was supposed to tell me the 2 hour delivery window on the arrival day. Not a criticism but something for you to pass on to your support team as a potential bug in the system. Goodluck with the business!”

“Spent many years in London carrying trees home over extensive distances and decided this year to make life easier! Really impressed with our tree; it’s huge and bushy and really great quality. Delivered with no problem and within the time slot promised, plus we could track it accurately. So far so good, hoping it lasts the whole season!”

“No contact number - you can only speak to the team via email... Tree delivery was delayed and I had to reschedule to another day. Delivery arrived the next day missing the stand I paid £30.00 for. I sent two emails to the team immediately to cancel the stand and requested a refund. A driver went out of his way to bring the stand after his working hours as the team had not communicated the cancellation with him hours later. Apart from the delivery driver who went above and beyond, the entire experience was a shambles.”

“The Christmas Tree is just the perfect tree you could ask for! I’ve had houseplants before that have all been excellent (and grown cuttings to give to friends from them!) and on a dark day personally I saw an ad for the Stem trees and thought I would order one to cheer me up. It hasn’t disappointed!!!”
