The fact that they plant trees for every order and use only electric vans to deliver their products sets them apart from the rest. My delivery driver was so polite and I really can't fault them. “We ordered a banana plant from The Stem. From the first step the whole process was very easy and convincing. Aaron came and gave us the plant on the selected day, he was super kind and soulful :) The banana plant is wonderful, looks very healthy and it is actually much more beautiful then we expected. We got a lot of information about it, how to care, etc. I have an impression that this company makes business with love! I am very very happy to find you guys, we are in love with our new banana plant! :)”

“I was so pleased to find this company because I wanted somewhere local and where I knew would provide sustainably grown plants. The selection they have is amazing I was spoilt for choice and the prices are also really reliable compared to other London based sellers. My plant is absolutely beautiful and so is the pot. I was expecting a standard postage service but it seemed to be personally delivered which was really lovely and personal. Will definitely buy from the stem again and recommend to my friends!
