“I was a bit disappointed as my plant was a day late( A bit petty lol). But when I received my plant I was over the moon. It was packaged really well and it was bigger than I expected. Plus it is perfect. All I have to do now is not kill it.”

“We had a difficult experience with the delivery of our Christmas tree back in December - I think the delivery service had changed at that point and it was the first order with The Stem that we had any difficulty with. It was very disappointing and we waited for the tree for an incredible length of time. However, the team were excellent at responding to queries and we did get our order and a discount off our next order - which has just arrived promptly, on time, and in great condition. The team are incredibly responsive and helpful and the quality of the products we have received from them has been very high - I hope our recent experience shows that the problems with the new delivery service have been ironed out!”
