“I am generally a bit reluctant to order indoor plants online, but this experience has totally changed my opinion. The Stem has a good range of plants to order. They all arrived in excellent condition and looked as I had hoped they would. The delivery service was excellent with a notification the day before the plants were to be sent. I will definitely use this company again. Great plants at a reasonable price.”

“I'm a web designer and have to say their site is beautiful. The plants arrived when they said they would, packaged very nicely and of very high quality. I will definitely be buying more. My only gripe is that I can't get certain sizes delivered just outside of London.”

“I recommend the stem to anyone who likes plants. In total, I bought 8 plants and they are all healthy and growing. The Stem page is easy to navigate and you can choose plants according to your ambient (more or less light). Also, the information about the plants and how to care is very simple, anyone without previous experience with plants can easily take care of an indoor garden. Thanks The Stem”

“We ordered some dried flowers which were lovely. The only area for improvement was with delivery and packaging. The order was placed on a Wednesday evening, but not dispatched until the following Monday. The website previously said any orders placed before 9am Mon - Thu would be dispatched within 24 hours, but this has since been changed. The packaging was also slightly excessive for dried flowers, in that the box was at least double the size it needed to be, and then within this box was another box. The flowers were lovely though ☺️”
