“Very poor(actually never get response) service. No telephone contact and live chat function, nor can I tracking my order statue. I had to find them on Instagram but they just saying not received my emails. Finally dispatched after half month without any explanation. Poor quality with the plant. Looks nothing like the picture on the website. Would never ever use The stem again.”
