“Detailed descriptions about the various potted plants in the web site and very smooth ordering process. However, I would suggestto include shorter bamboo sticks to support the plant or make it an option to exclude from order as the stick that was included for the snake plant zeylanica is way to long for the current height of the plant so could have been used for another order. Also, worth highlighting the prompt and good communication when the initial delivery slot was not met. Much appreciated.”

“My first order was great, second order I did within days as I loved the first- now I haven’t received my 2nd order, but it’s impossible to get any form of customer service or help. No one response. I’ve sent several emails and also filled in the forms, no actual phone number and DHL won’t help me, such a shame as I would have recommended based on my first order, but not receiving my 2nd and no response, I’m not sure on my next steps now”

“Thank you! 5 plants arrived exactly when scheduled too, they were very healthy and where exactly what I was expecting size wise. The only down point being the delivery man had obviously thrown them round his van a bit, one plant was out of its pot, soil everywhere and one was quite bashed up. Next time I will unwrap them outside as there was soil allover the place when I was done. Will I order again despite this YES, YES, YES!!”
