“We are brand new to London and without our usual holiday decorations. We ordered a tree, tree stand, a box of gold ornaments and tree lights from The Stem. We could not be happier. The string of lights fit our tree perfectly, the ornaments are lovely and the tree ideally shaped and fresh. I would definitely buy my tree from The Stem next year.”

“I've been getting plants from the stem for a while and they've always been really healthy, high quality plants that are reasonably priced. I decided to buy my Christmas tree from them this year and it is honestly the most beautiful tree I could ask for. Perfect shape, height what i ordered etc. Deducting a star as I was supposed to receive a one hour delivery slot on the day but I didn't so had to wait in all day for it to be delivered at the end of the 12 hour delivery period (10pm).”

Hi Tiffany, I am sorry you are not happy with your plant. Your Chinese Money Plant has some small markings that are perfectly normal, and your plant is happy and healthy. We offered you a £5 voucher which you rejected, or we would happily arrange a collection and refund. If there is a problem we will always rectify it, but your plant was healthy and happy! We're sorry that you were disappointed with this. Best, James

“I E specked the tree to be taller as I ordered a 6ft when it came it was not much over 5ft and had a label on it stating 5-6 foot. But it was bushy like the advert.”
