“Received the lovely Bonsai tree for my birthday from my daughter & her partner. I had been out for the day so it was a lovely surprise when I returned home to find it carefully hidden along with a hand written gift card! It’s a stunning plant, the leaves are so glossy & it looks like it has been cared for well I only hope I can continue to do the same! Beautiful pot it’s in too with drip tray & is now in pride of place! Have since looked at this website & has info on how to care for your plants etc. I love their story & will be looking at making some orders myself in the coming months. Thank you & happy Christmas!”

“I ordered a Boston Fern to add to my plant collection. It came super fast and was bigger than I expected for the price I paid which is amazing! Didn't catch the name of the guy who delivered but he was absolutely lovely and surprised me with an FREE Golden Pathos plant and a little chocolate bar! Great service and couldn't be happier with my new additions. Will defo order again, thanks so much guys! :)”

“Really good. Didn’t have the plant in the size I ordered so gave me a bigger one. Had to give me a bigger pot to fit the bigger plant. And gave me another free plant to say sorry for not bringing exactly what I ordered. The man who delivered them couldn’t have been any nicer either.”

“Beautiful and healthy plants, delivered on time. Excellent communication of a change to my order due to supply chain issues. I was offered the option of a full refund or a smaller Christmas tree (still in a pot) than I ordered plus a partial refund and a free house plant as a gesture of thanks. I was happy to accept and am enjoying our little tree and the house plant! The only points for improvement would be to include instructions for the houseplant, and that the tree has been trimmed to give a more regular shape - it looks very neat but my personal preference is for a slightly more irregular tree.”
