“My order was delivered today in time which was good . Except when it was opened it was frozen solid and completely dead. I am an 85 year old pensioner and the cost of this was beyond what I usually pay for a plant. It was going to be a special treat for family member. What can I do please? If you need photos I will have to wait for someone to do it for me. Hoping you are able to help.Thank you”
